EasyLobby has teamed up with INEX/ZAMIR Technologies, a supplier of automatic license plate reader technology, to automatically capture license plate numbers for visitor check in or check out.

This allows our customers to check in guests who are still in their vehicle, for instance at a gate or guard shack, and identify both the people and the vehicles entering and leaving a facility.

Using this feature, the license plate number is captured by the INEX license plate camera, which seamlessly links the data to EasyLobby SVM.

Visitor ID badges are the most noticeable aspect your EasyLobby visitor registration process. 

 

Consequently, you want to be sure that you design badges that communicate the professionalism of your organization and also contain the information that is most useful in managing visitors.

 

EasyLobby SVM allows you to customize badge designs so that you can achieve exactly what you require.

 

You can create different badge designs for different categories of visitors so that you can easily identify a contractor from say a temporary employee or a volunteer, or a day visitor - whatever the categories that reflect your situation.
