Greetings.

Thanks for choosing EasyLobby for your visitor management solutions. We sincerely appreciate your support.

We judge ourselves fortunate to have so many distinguished users and partners across nearly every industry and market. The quality of our customers is an important measure that we use to gauge our success.

Nothing pleases us more than learning how we have contributed to our customer's achievements by allowing them to improve their image as a professionally-run organization, or to prevent theft or to safeguard their environment by the use of our visitor software.

But we're not standing still. We know that we need to advance our solutions and to continue offering exceptional service and more software and hardware features. We're constantly enhancing our offerings.

To that end we're highlighting several new software and hardware options in this issue of the newsletter that might appeal to specific requirements.

And just last month we sent out a new minor update on our SVM software. If you are on our annual maintenance plan you should have received the update. If not, contact us to order a maintenance agreement.

Again, thank you for your support and please contact us if we can help with any visitor management requirements.

Sincerely,

Your EasyLobby Team
eAdvance Visitor Pre-Registration Now Includes Group Upload Feature

A "Group Upload" capability has been incorporated into eAdvance v10 product. This feature allows users to easily pre-register a group of visitors by simply uploading a spreadsheet file in .csv format that contains a list of the visitors you wish to register.

eAdvance is a web-based application tightly integrated with SVM. It enables any authorized employee to complete visitor registration over the internet or intranet by logging into eAdvance and completing the visitor registration information form.

Now with group upload, employees can complete the visitor registration form by uploading a spreadsheet. You can configure which fields are supplied in the spreadsheet and the field order.

To use group upload simply run the 'Visitor | Group Upload' command from the eAdvance web site. You will be presented with a web page with fields that are common to the group. Browse to your spreadsheet file on your local computer. Submit the form to upload it. Each visitor on the spreadsheet is then registered.

Remember to submit a spreadsheet file in .csv format. This format can be prepared using Excel or other spreadsheet application, or any text editor like Notepad or Wordpad.

If your eAdvance software maintenance contract is current, this feature will be available in the next software update (currently planned within the next two months).

Contact us if you would like to deploy this feature earlier.
